This is my favorite ramen spot in the Bay Area. It's located in Santa Clara, in the same plaza as Micro Center.

I go at least once a week, if not twice a week. I get double pork butt (I think pork butt is just pork shoulder?) instead of pork belly — leaner cut, I think — and always an extra egg.
